Berserk: Ougon Jidai Hen

Guts, a mercenary with a sword of colossal strength, has little direction in his life, content to string together battles. However, all that changes abruptly when he meets and is defeated by Griffith, a seductive and charismatic young man who leads the mercenary army of the Band of the Hawk. After Guts joins the Band and the friendship between the two men begins to blossom, Casca, the fierce and solitary swordswoman of the Band of the Hawk, struggles to accept Guts and the influence he has on the world around her. As the two men begin to fight side by side, Griffith pursues his ascent to power, all seemingly for the purpose of achieving his mysterious prophetic goals. How far will Guts and Griffith go to achieve these goals, and where will fate lead the two men?
