In the near future, after being defeated by the Gastreas, viral parasites, humanity is forced to live in a restricted territory and lives in fear and despair. Rentarou and Enju, members of the Civil Security tasked with fighting the parasites, are entrusted with a secret mission of the utmost importance: they must prevent the destruction of Tokyo.
