When the Japanese government was on the verge of bankruptcy, it was saved by the Sovereign Wealth Fund. But the economic situation of its inhabitants has not changed. Mired in poverty, the population tries various means to survive while the unemployment rate rises and crimes and suicides become increasingly numerous. We find a finance student, Kimimaro Yoga, seeking to become a civil servant to live a stable life, with a wife and children. He himself is not rolling in money; he works several jobs while studying. One evening, while he was studying, a strange man appeared to offer him a deal. He then has the opportunity to earn much more money, but at the risk of his life. Quite quickly, he finds himself confronted with the harsh reality of the business district where battles for money rage.
