Inuyashiki

Ichiro Inuyashiki is an exhausted old man who is despised by his wife, his children, and even by his office colleagues. His only friend is his dog, Hanako. One night, aliens transform him into a superpowered cyborg. Completely free to do what he wants with his new powers, for better or for worse. And he is not the only human in this situation.
