Kobayashi-san Chi no Maidragon

Miss Kobayashi leads a boring life, divided between her office job and her tiny apartment, until the day she saves the life of a dragon. Named Thor, she can transform into a human, even if the horns on her head betray her origins. To pay her debt, she decides to stay with Miss Kobayashi and to put herself at her service.
