Alcia, a world born after the Great War, or the "War of Elimination." This world is governed by the law of the strongest, where the strong and the weak are determined by their Count. Licht, a slightly perverse masked man who protects the weak with his sword, will meet Hina, a righteous and honest young girl who set out in search of the legendary Ace, to fulfill her mother's last wishes. Their encounter will lead to the gradual revelation of the secrets of this world ruled by the Counts.
