Yofukashi no Uta

Although appreciated by his classmates, Kô Yamori, a 14-year-old middle school student, nevertheless displays a superficial demeanor, which leads him to drop out of school. Having suffered from insomnia for some time, he begins to wander at night in the hope of curbing this phenomenon. It is during one of these wanderings that he meets Nazuna Nanakusa, a vampire, also known as a "nightwalker," who inspires him to become one as well.
